Mickey Cassidy's Galway Room

Thank you for your interest in our Galway Function Room. The following is general information about our banquet hosting. Be sure to call, come by, or use our online request form to reach us regarding your special event.

Capacity
The Galway Room may accommodate up to 80 people for cocktail parties and up to 65 people for dining.

Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to secure the date you select. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill or refunded to you provided the function room is re-booked for that date.

Prices and Payment
Menu prices include the cost of linens and room rental fee. The room rental fee is based on 4 hours of function room use. Additional hours may be added at the rate of $50/Hour.
Please be advised that prices are subject to change.
An 18% service charge and 5% Massachusetts Meals Tax will be added to all food and beverage items.
Payment is expected the day of your event. In addition to cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Liquor Regulations Mickey Cassidy’s holds a license granted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is responsible for complying with its regulations. We cannot allow beverages of any kind to be brought onto the premises. Please be aware that under current liability laws you may be responsible for the actions of your guests. We reserve the right to discontinue service at our discretion. Limitations Mickey Cassidy’s will accommodate outside caterers provided that they are a reputable company and can show proof of license and insurance. Any decorations must be taken down at the end of your event, we do not allow confetti to be used. Personal Property Mickey Cassidy’s is not responsible for damage or loss of merchandise, articles or valuables located in the restaurant prior to, during or after any function.

Miscellaneous Information
Arrangements for the delivery and/or set up of cakes, flowers and entertainment etc., should be made with the function coordinator prior to your event.
We reserve the right to determine an appropriate sound level for your entertainment.
Depending on your final guest count and the comfort of your guests, we reserve the right to divide the Galway Room to accommodate other events.

The Galway Room may be rented without food service.

ROOM RENTAL

The Galway Room may be rented without food service for the price of $150. This price is based on 4 hour room use and includes chair and table set up/rental. Additional hours may be added for $50/Hour. The following fees are optional with the exception of Clean Up.

Staff Rates
Wait Staff $13/HR
1 staff member per 30 people.
Minimum of 5 hours (4 hour event and 1 hour clean up)

Bus Staff $5/HR
Used in addition to wait staff for parties of 40 or more.
No minimum

Function Coordinator $20/HR
Used to aide in contacting vendors, deliveries and over seeing staff.

Miscellaneous Fees
Overtime $50/HR
Room use over 4 hours

Clean Up $50
Waived if wait staff is used.

Table Linens $45
Napkins $2 each
Polyester - cotton blend in a variety of colors

Food Warmer/Oven Usage $30/HR
1 hour minimum

Chafing Dishes $20
To keep food warm for duration of event.

Plates and Utensils $15

Mickey Cassidy’s will accommodate outside caterers provided that they are a reputable company and can show proof of license and insurance.
